I started with 145lbs on the press 5x1 as my previous 1 rep max was tht, but round 3 dropped it to 135 then last two rounds 125, which was my previous 5x1.

The burner was good though time 13,25.

CrossFit Games 2011 WOD5:
AMRAP 20mins
5 Power Cleans at 145lbs
10 Toes to Bar
15 Wall Balls at 20lbs

Saturday morning, I got in 6 rounds plus 5 Cleans.

The pain lasted 2 days.
