Thanks be to jaysus its over. Now I can get back to a regular schedule instead of fretting
over the next WOD. Today Sunday 10am completed 12 rounds plus 10 of the last WOD.

That was:
stepped ladder of 3 starting at 3 AMRAP for 7 minutes,
100lb Thrusters and KIPs chest to bar.

Feel good now and heading out for a day of food and wine tasting in the blazing sun.
